Intimate guided cheese tasting, by Eric of Ideal Cheese, including a variety of milk types, regions, flavors and textures. Paired with specialty red and white courtesy of The Greats of Craft, and a mini wine lesson by neighbor and sommelier Yanina Le Cristal. Plus, a decadent treat for attendees by local mother-daughter duo La Pastelería en NY.
